Who we are
GhostShopper (ghostshopper.ai) is operated by Ez Voice Limited, trading as GhostShopper AI, registered in England and Wales under company number 17401126, with its registered office at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB. For anything in this policy, contact hello@ghostshopper.ai.
What we collect and why
When you request a free audit or join the waitlist through the form on this site, we collect:
- Your name, company name and work email address
- Your answers to the qualifying questions: how many locations you operate, your sector, and how you check call handling today
We use this information to set up and run the audit you asked for, to hold your debrief call, and to reply to you. That is it. We do not add you to marketing lists and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interest for responding to your enquiry, and performance of a contract where we go on to run your audit.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or track you across sites, which is why this site shows no cookie banner. See the Plausible data policy.
Who processes your data for us
- Vercel hosts this website and receives form submissions in transit
- Formspree receives form submissions and delivers them to our inbox by email
- Cal.com handles debrief bookings when you choose a time; its own privacy policy applies to the booking widget
How long we keep it
Lead and audit enquiries are kept for as long as we are talking to you, and for up to 12 months after our last contact, then deleted. Waitlist emails are kept until the single-location product launches or you ask to be removed.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email hello@ghostshopper.ai and we will act on it promptly. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Mystery-shop calls
Our audit and testing calls are made only to business phone lines of brands that have authorised testing of their own network in writing. Call scores attach to locations, never to named staff. Recordings are made available to the authorising brand and handled under the agreement we sign with them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top.
