1. Who we are

This website, ghostshopper.ai, is operated by Ez Voice Limited, trading as GhostShopper AI, registered in England and Wales under company number 17401126, registered office 4th Floor, Silverstream House, Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@ghostshopper.ai.

2. Using this site

You may browse this site and use the audit request form for your own business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false or misleading information through the form.

3. The free audit

The free 10-call audit is an offer to qualifying multi-location businesses, subject to availability and to written authorisation of the network to be tested. It creates no obligation on you to buy anything and no obligation on us to provide ongoing services. Paid pilots and subscriptions are governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.

4. Content on this site

League tables, scores and call excerpts shown on this site are demonstration data, clearly labelled as such, and do not describe any real business unless expressly stated. Cost figures for human mystery shopping are drawn from published industry rate cards and are provided for comparison, not as a quote.

5. Intellectual property

The GhostShopper name, the waveform ghost mark and the content of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Liability

This site is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data submitted through this site is described in our privacy policy.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
